Welcome to the XEMBIFY® Connex Patient Support Program (PSP), an at-home infusion training program, to supplement the initial subcutaneous immunoglobulin (SCIg) administration training provided by hospitals and infusion clinics.

For hospitals/infusion clinics: If you are hospital/infusion clinic and would like to register, please click on ‘Hospital/infusion clinic registration’ below.
If your hospital/infusion clinic is already registered and you would like to register a patient, please select ‘Healthcare Professional’ and enter your login details.
